1.寫簡歷不要太謙虛

大學生希望簡歷做得有創意，能夠在雪片似的簡歷中讓HR印象深刻，其用心良苦，可惜容易適得其反。濟南獵頭表示：簡歷的花哨主要表現在以下幾個方面：給簡歷設置封面，裝訂一大本，既浪費HR的時間，又浪費紙張；有些“創意簡歷”過于離譜和夸張，比如有一份簡歷，在首頁上赫然四個大字：“通緝伯樂！”令人又好氣又好笑；還有的同學在簡歷里面用彩色筆畫上各種高亮、配上各種貼紙和卡通圖案；更有的同學把自己的簡歷寫成長短詩句，讓人不知所云。

簡歷是用來傳遞個人信息的，比較好采用電報式語言，用動詞開頭，表明你所做過的事情、參加過的活動以及取得過的榮譽。

簡歷中不要出現大段文字，每個段落不要超過三行。字體不必太大，小4號即可。
